Chris Hudson

Chris joined the business in 1986 and is responsible for our asphalt division. Moving from a ten year career with Tilcon, Chris joined the company in 1986 and has held a number of senior posts across the aggregates, asphalt and building products businesses.

Chris graduated in Quarry Engineering at Leeds University in 1980 and successfully studied for a MBA at Warwick University in 1996.

With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dragan is Chief Executive Officer, having been in the role since June 2021.
John Bowater - CFO and Deputy Chief Executive
John is Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, having become a member of the Board in 2004. He has ultimate functional responsibility for accounting and finance, treasury, taxation, risk and assurance for the company.
Lee Sleight - Managing Director, Readymix
Lee joined the business in 2021 and is responsible for our Readymix Concrete division.
Simon Marriott - Managing Director, Concrete Products
Boasting a wealth of experience in the construction materials industry, Simon is responsible for our Concrete Products Division and marketing function.
Steve Curley - Managing Director, Cement
Steve is responsible for the Cement Division, having previously been the Commercial Director of Cement. Steve joined the company in 1999.
Andy Swinnerton - Managing Director, Aggregates
Andy joined the business in 2016 and is now responsible for the Aggregates Division. Prior to this, he was Director Business Excellence.
Kirstin McCarthy - Sustainability Director
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience in environmental management to the role, Kirstin is responsible for accelerating the company’s journey to net-zero and driving improvements across all aspects of sustainability.
James Roberts - Human Resources Director
With more than 20 years’ international experience in HR leadership, James is the Human Resources Director for Aggregate Industries having joined in November 2016.
Phillip Norah - General Counsel
Phillip joined Aggregate Industries in May 2018 and is responsible for the legal and compliance aspects of the company.
Edern Lalanne - Supply Chain Director
With nearly 20 years of experience working internationally in senior Supply Chain positions, Edern is in charge of Procurement, Logistics and the Regional Customer centers 
Barry Hope - Business Development Director
With a track record of delivering enhanced performance and over a decade of experience with Aggregate Industries, Barry is responsible for Business Development.
Thomas Edgcumbe - Managing Director, Surfacing Solutions
Tom joined the business in 2022 and he is responsible for the Asphalt and Contracting segments.
