Adham was appointed CEO in September 2026. This follows a successful career with Holcim Group which spans 18 years including most recently as CEO Holcim Algeria.
Ian Dean
Managing Director, Cement and Concrete Products
Ian has a proven track record in developing commercial and operational excellence. He joined Holcim UK in 2024 and is responsible for our Cement and Concrete Products businesses.
Phillip Norah
General Counsel
Phillip joined Holcim in 2018, providing the company with strategic legal advice. He also leads a number of functional areas including legal, compliance, insurance, company secretarial, sustainability, real estate and mergers & acquisitions.
Mohamed Alami
Chief Financial Officer
Mohamed has extensive experience across construction markets globally as well as a tenure of more than two decades with Holcim Group. He joined the UK business in 2025 leading the cement business and took over as CFO in September 2026.
Alastair Meyers
Managing Director, Readymix and Major Projects
Alastair joined the company in 2025. A Chartered Engineer, he has a strong track record working across readymix, aggregates and the steel industry and heads up our readymix and mortars business plus major projects.
Hazel Mooney
Interim People Director
A highly experienced HR practitioner and professional, Hazel joined the company in 2013. She has undertaken roles across HR and talent acquistion before becoming one of our Heads of People and then stepping up as Interim Director.
Danny joined the business in 1999 and has an extensive experience in various roles across asphalt, aggregates and readymix, including Managing Director, Asphalt and Managing Director of London Concrete.
Kaziwe Kaulule
Performance Director
Kaziwe joined the business in 2023, having extensive international experience within Holcim Group. He leads on performance across our UK business having previously led the aggregates and commercial operations.
