Adam Kutcher, regional operations director at Holcim Readymix South, has had a rollercoaster of a career in the construction industry. From helping his mum build their house out of clay in The Gambia, to leading his team at Holcim to success every day, Mustapha’s story is one of grit, perseverance and belief. 

Harvir Padda’s story is truly inspiring. Not only has she overcome extreme difficulties, but she’s also prioritised kindness and helping others – inside and outside of Holcim.
 

Starting his career as a weighbridge operative, Leon Pennant now coordinates the supply of materials to one of the UK’s biggest transport projects — HS2.
