hannah takes the lead on people for building solutions leader
Holcim UK has welcomed a new director to lead its people functions across the business.

The leading UK sustainable building solutions company has appointed Hannah Lisby as its new director of People and a member of its Executive Committee.
The role oversees the company’s people management and development including Human Resources, Talent Management, Pay, Pensions and Reward, Learning and Development and Internal Communications.
Hannah has more than 20 years in the industry working across recruitment, talent acquisition and HR management roles.
She has worked agency side, before roles with KFC UK and ,followed by eight years in talent acquisition within the beer industry for SABMiller before moving into construction with the BMI Group, where she progressed from talent acquisition to HR Director.
