Holcim UK has joined forces with Wickes so that its customers can take advantage of small load readymix concrete delivery to help support home or garden transformations.

When a customer is buying a product from Wickes such as a shed, paving or fencing which may benefit from concrete to support it; they will be prompted to submit an enquiry to Holcim’s Concrete2You service.

Once submitted, the Concrete2You team will progress the enquiry, helping identify the specific type of concrete and precise volume required.

It will then be booked for a delivery direct to the customer or project site from one of 78 plants across the UK. Concrete2You offer reduced sized mixer trucks to be able to access smaller or restricted delivery sites.

Brin Sandu, Head of Concrete2You, said: “We are very proud and excited to be working with Wickes in what is a first-of-its-kind partnership.

“Working with such an iconic brand is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the value of our service. This collaboration creates a powerful new route to market, combining our extensive national network of plants with Wickes’ unrivalled DIY offering. We are already seeing the impact and have received our first successful orders.”
