The UK’s leading sustainable building materials supplier won a total of eight new tenders across its asphalt and contracting business between December 2025 and June 2026.

Among the new wins are two highway contracts in the East Midlands: a highways framework for Lincolnshire County Council, and a Highways Planned Carriageway Maintenance Framework for Nottingham City Council. In the North East, Holcim has secured concrete resurfacing and highways patching work for South Tyneside Council, while further north west, Totally Local Company, a local Stockport contractor, has awarded the firm a contract to supply and deliver Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) asphalt and associated products.

In the West Midlands, Wolverhampton City Council has appointed Holcim to its Black Country Highways Works Framework.

Two further contracts round out the picture in the South. Holcim is supporting Balfour Beatty’s work on Eridge Road in Boarshead, East Sussex, and Wiltshire Council has awarded the firm a Specialist Highway Works Framework materials supply contract.

Kevin Murgatroyd, Managing Director for Contracting at Holcim, said: “These eight contract wins reflect the strength of our asphalt and contracting business, and our position as one of the UK’s leading suppliers for vital infrastructure projects. We’ve been able to secure this work by sourcing materials locally from our network of sites across the UK – cutting the carbon footprint of road maintenance. With ambitious infrastructure goals ahead for the UK, Holcim is ready to support central and local government, and our industry partners, in delivering them.
