new director of commercial growth welcomed aboard
Holcim has appointed a new director to lead commercial growth within the UK.

The leading sustainable building solutions company has appointed Prasoon Kumar as its new Director of Commercial Growth and as a member of its UK Executive Committee.
He will be responsible for pricing, strategy and commercial excellence across the business and will lead the Commercial Growth Team which incorporates both market insights and Salesforce.
Prasoon has nearly 20 years of experience working across engineering, power and utilities, chemicals and the oil and gas sectors going on to specialise in commercial, pricing and strategy.
He has worked in roles across the globe including the UK, USA, UAE, Angola, Kuwait and Norway, leading commercial growth in new markets for offshore wind, led a global transformation at Seadrill and large scale commercial transformations while part of McKinsey.
He also has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
