Masterlite® Ultra

A Lightweight Solution with Lasting Performance

Masterlite® Ultra is your ultimate aggregate block choice for detached dwellings and extensions. This versatile and lightweight solution is specifically designed to meet the thermal efficiency requirements of the Future Homes Standard.

Features and Benefits

Lightweight Blocks

Improved handling and faster installation.

The lightweight design of Masterlite® Ultra significantly enhances the on-site experience compared to traditional blocks. It reduces strain from manual handling, which aids in quicker installation, boosts site efficiency, and shortens project completion times.

Thermal Efficiency

Supporting sustainable construction through thermal efficiency.

Masterlite® Ultra's lightweight construction is proven to support the U-value requirements of the Future Homes Standard. This increases thermal efficiency, benefiting both housebuilders and homeowners by creating more energy-efficient buildings and subsequently reducing heating costs.

Constructed Without Compromise

Durability and load-bearing performance remain core strengths of Masterlite® Ultra. Options are available for use both above and below the Damp Proof Course (DPC). Its ideal surface ensures excellent adhesion for plastering and rendering, simplifying modern construction projects.

Masterlite® Ultra in use

Why Masterlite® Ultra?

In an era where construction demands both efficiency and sustainability, architects, specifiers, and contractors consistently seek materials that deliver superior, established performance without compromise. The ongoing drive towards more energy-efficient buildings, coupled with the need for streamlined on-site operations, presents a dual challenge. Traditional building methods have long contended with heavy materials that can lead to increased manual handling strain and longer installation times, while also striving to meet increasingly stringent thermal efficiency standards. Masterlite® Ultra has long stood as a leading and effective solution, directly addressing these contemporary construction challenges by offering a product that harmonises lightweight design with robust, proven performance and environmental consciousness.

Masterlite® Ultra is a well-established lightweight aggregate block specifically engineered to meet the evolving needs of modern construction, for detached dwellings and extensions. By integrating a lightweight construction with advanced thermal properties, Masterlite® Ultra significantly enhances on-site handling, consistently reducing physical strain and accelerating installation times, which in turn boosts overall site efficiency and project completion rates. This enduring focus on ease of use does not come at the expense of structural integrity; Masterlite® Ultra maintains its core strengths of durability and load-bearing performance. Furthermore, its proven ability to support the U-value requirements of the Future Homes Standard underscores its commitment to sustainable construction, offering benefits to both housebuilders through energy-efficient building creation and homeowners via reduced heating costs. With options well-suited for both above and below Damp Proof Coursing (DPC), and an ideal surface for plastering and rendering, Masterlite® Ultra continues to simplify modern builds by providing a versatile and high-performance solution that has consistently delivered.
