Why SCREEDFORM™ and RAPIDSCREED™

Screedform and RapidScreed are highly reliable, traditional cement-based screeds produced under strict factory-controlled conditions, ensuring consistency and full compliance with BS EN 13813 and BS 8204-1. This eliminates the risks associated with on-site mixing, making them suitable for widespread use across residential, office, healthcare, and hospitality projects in monolithic, unbonded, or bonded applications. Both product ranges are ideal for underfloor heating systems and can receive all common floor coverings (plastic, ceramic, parquet, etc.) once the appropriate moisture content is achieved.

 

Screedform offers grades from C4/5 to C25/30, is suitable for areas subject to wetting like bathrooms, and includes specialized variants like water-resistant Screedform SBR. RapidScreed provides superior performance and faster construction cycles due to significantly reduced drying times, allowing the first heating cycle to begin at just 15 days. Additionally, RapidScreed features improved plasticity, reduced shrinkage, and enhanced thermal conductivity, maximizing the efficiency of underfloor heating systems. Both are placed using traditional methods and achieve a high standard of surface flatness.
