Watertight™ is a versatile range of specialised ready-mixed concrete, expertly designed by Holcim UK, to either protect a structure from water ingress or effectively retain water within a structure. This advanced system offers contractors and specifiers a competitive edge in both cost and time savings compared to traditional methods. Watertight™ provides a fast-track, robust solution that is fully compliant with BS 8102:2022 Type B construction and eliminates the need for complicated jointing or the risk of installation sensitivity to weather conditions.

Watertight™, designed by Holcim UK, is an admixture-driven range of specialised concrete offering a reliable, cost-effective, and fast-track solution for structural Type B waterproofing. When correctly specified and constructed, Watertight™ is fully compliant with BS 8102:2022, providing a single line of defence that significantly reduces installation time and cost. Its performance is independent of weather conditions, unlike membrane solutions. 

Available as a pumpable or flowing mix in various slump and flow grades, Watertight™ is suitable for applications involving high hydraulic gradients, such as basements, car parks, service reservoirs, and swimming pools. Holcim UK can tailor the product to specific contract challenges, providing detailed technical advice and support. 

It conforms to the requirements of BS EN 206:2013+A2:2021 and complementary British Standards BS 8500-1:2023 and BS 8500-2:2023. Manufactured under independently monitored third-party quality assurance schemes in accordance with ISO 9001 and with factory environmental compliance to ISO 14001, Watertight™ can also be supplied with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty upon request.
