Cemfloor is a high-performance, cementitious flowing floor screed designed to be delivered in truck mixers and placed efficiently by pumping. It provides contractors and specifiers with a cost-effective, durable solution for floor bases. Unlike traditional screeds, Cemfloor allows for larger joint-free floor areas and is an excellent conductor of heat, making it the ideal partner for underfloor heating systems. As a non-wearing surface, it must be protected from damage and covered by a final floor finish.

why Cemfloor

Cemfloor is a highly efficient solution that helps accelerate construction schedules. The product's flowing nature ensures a smooth and level surface, provided it is laid to pre-set level indicators and finished with a dapple bar in two 90-degree passes. This method ensures compliance with stringent flooring standards.


Cemfloor complies with the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13813:2002 (Screed material and floor screeds) and the British Standard BS 8204-7:2003 (Code of practice for pumped liquid levelling screeds). To ensure the best possible finish and performance, installation is strongly recommended to be carried out by a specialist screeding contractor. It is available in various strength classes to suit the final flooring requirement.
