Highflow® S
Flowing Floor Screed
High-Performance, Free-Flowing Screed for Fast-Track Construction
Highflow™ S is a cutting-edge, free-flowing floor screed based on alpha hemi hydrate or anhydrite, delivered as a pumpable solution for rapid installation. It is designed to offer contractors and specifiers a high-performance, fast-track solution to the construction of screeded floors, providing exceptional volume stability, superior heat transfer, and significant reductions in project timelines and labour costs.
Benefits
Why Highflow
Highflow™ S is fundamentally different from traditional sand and cement screeds, using an alpha hemi hydrate or anhydrite binder that imparts a number of special technical properties. This unique formulation allows for a reduction in screed thickness while still providing high impact resistance and achieving the requirements for Category A floors. By enabling the laying of large areas without joints and removing the need for reinforcement below ceramic finishes, the material simplifies the installation process and reduces overall material consumption.
The material's self-levelling characteristics and efficient placement by pump or chute lead to increased accuracy and high placing rates, translating directly into faster completion and quicker access for follow-on trades, which provides significant cost savings to your project. Furthermore, when correctly laid, Highflow™ S can readily achieve a surface flatness of SR2 (5mm under a 3m straight edge).
