Why FOAMFILL™

FoamFill™ is a high-quality foamed concrete available in a range of grades, from C1/2 for mass void fill to C3/4 intended for highway trench reinstatement where an asphalt topping is required. Its cement-based composition makes it an excellent choice for subways, disused tanks, and general mass fill applications. The product boasts a working life of up to 3 hours (which can be tailored), providing ample time for placement by pump or direct discharge.

By using FoamFill, you benefit from reduced shrinkage and improved plasticity, which contributes to the longevity and stability of the reinstated area. FoamFill is produced to the requirements of BS 8500:2023 and adheres to high quality and environmental standards.

Applications

Trench Reinstatement: Used for trenches along pedestrian footpaths (C1/2) and highways (C3/4) before asphalt topping.
Mass Void Fill: Ideal for filling large, redundant spaces such as disused tanks, old swimming pools, and service shafts.
General Fill Material: Can be used for general fill material applications where conventional backfill is impractical or undesirable.
Building Foundations: Suitable for situations requiring a low-strength, lightweight base or sub-base.
