Why use SuperPatch Pro?

SuperPatch Pro is redefining pothole repair. Developed by Holcim UK, this high-performance cold-lay asphalt mix is engineered to deliver permanent, long-lasting results.

Setting a new benchmark for compliance, testing, and reliability, SuperPatch Pro supports Holcim’s ambition to move the industry beyond short-term fixes and towards durable, right-first-time repairs - helping restore confidence in the nation’s roads.

The product is regulated to Clause 946, the recognised standard for the assessment and certification of pothole repairs under the Product Acceptance Scheme, used by highways authorities across the UK. This ensures SuperPatch Pro is rigorously tested to the highest standards, with proven performance in deformation resistance and stiffness.

Sustainability is also at the core of its design. As part of Holcim’s ECOCycle range, SuperPatch Pro contains a minimum of 95% recycled material, demonstrating a strong commitment to reducing natural resource consumption and supporting circular construction.

Durability is further enhanced by its unique external binder, which improves resistance to cracking and deterioration. The result is a repair that lasts significantly longer, even under heavy traffic and challenging weather conditions.
